How to Save Instagram Reels to Your Camera Roll

iPhone: two extra taps

Safari saves downloads to the Files app first. Tap the download, hit Share, choose Save Video, and it moves into Photos. That's the only difference from Android — one extra step to land it in your camera roll.

Android: automatic

Chrome drops the MP4 into Downloads and it shows up in your Gallery/Photos right away. Nothing else to do.
